Strategy sessions are key to fleshing out the path forward. Not that you don’t poses the ability to create your own winning strategies. Working with another person makes something new available. Napolean his called this the mastermind. When two or more people come together an additional mind is created.
Dr Stephen Covey calls this the 3rd alternative. Basically, two people working together can create something greater than either one of them, individually, could have created.
